• Estimative technical consulting for civil services for the evaluation of public buildings even with great historical and architectural interest (offices, schools, sports and recreational facilities, parks, terrains, etc ).
• Evaluation of public works even during the realization (buildings, streets, railways, ports, airports, etc).
• Evaluation of municipal, regional and state property.
• Evaluation of agricultural and building areas subject to expropriation. Participation to expropriation commissions (DPR 8/6/2001 n.327, art.21).
